Jess Worley

Jess Worley is a Forensic Social Worker at the Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel, assisting with mitigation evidence and alternative sentencing options. As a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force Coordinator at Jackson Hole Mountain Guides, they provide trainings and adapt policies to align with JEDI principles. Jess also has experience as a Behavioral Health Provider, Climbing Coach, and Adaptive Ski Instructor, with a strong background in facilitating emotional support, conflict resolution, and providing comprehensive care in English and Spanish.
