Danielle Boule, MBA - HR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at the Office of the Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since June 2023. Previously, Danielle worked as a Labor Relations Specialist at MassDOT and held various roles within the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance, including Acting Assistant Director of Training and Development and Training and Development Supervisor. Danielle's earlier experience includes positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Food & Beverage LIVE Leader and at The Walt Disney Company as a Guest Services Manager and Wedding Coordinator Intern. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University.
