Mercy Mutheu Muema

Mercy Mutheu Muema is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Prosecution Counsel at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions since March 2022. In addition, Mercy has held the position of Director at FESIKOM COMPANY since January 2016 and has been an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with Mercy Mutheu & Company Advocates since February 2020. Previously, Mercy worked as a lawyer at Anne Mwikali Kiusya & Company Advocates from January 2018 to February 2020 and completed an internship at Kerosi Ondieki & Company Advocates in 2011. Educationally, Mercy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kisii University, and is currently pursuing a Master in Laws at the University of Nairobi. Areas of expertise include drafting pleadings, conducting client interviews, preparing submissions, and managing various legal documentation and client care responsibilities.
