Daragh Galvin is an experienced professional in online safety and regulatory policy. Currently serving as the Director of eSafety Community Programs with the eSafety Commissioner since February 2020, Daragh plays a key role in promoting compliance and safeguarding Australians against online harms. Prior to this, Daragh held significant positions including Head of Cyber Regulatory Policy at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), where work focused on ensuring cybersecurity in internet-connected products, and Senior Policy Advisor roles at both the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Department for Education, emphasizing consumer protection and school improvement respectively.
