Pauline Ross

Pauline Ross currently serves as the Director of the eSafety Commissioner since February 2024, following a tenure as Director at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts from July 2022 to February 2024. With extensive experience in transport policy and governance, Ross has held various leadership positions, including Principal Manager at Transport for NSW, where significant contributions included establishing the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner and developing the Transport Corporate Policy Framework. Previously, Ross managed teams focused on strategic coordination and policy analysis within the Ministry of Transport and held roles within the Ministry for Police and the National Crime Authority. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
