Lindsey Lee

Assistant Attorney General at Office of the Minnesota Attorney General

Lindsey Lee is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer, Wage Theft, and Antitrust Division at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General since October 2022. Previously, Lindsey held the same title at the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General from November 2017 to May 2022, focusing on consumer protection and charities regulation litigation. Prior to this, Lindsey was an Associate Attorney at Robins Kaplan LLP, where the focus was on representing clients in medical negligence cases and engaging in pro bono work. Lindsey gained valuable experience as a Certified Student Attorney at the William Mitchell College of Law, representing detained immigrants, and completed various legal roles including Judicial Extern for the Honorable Jeffrey J. Keyes. Lindsey's foundational legal career includes work as a Community Legal Advocate and as a Law Clerk in multiple settings, showcasing a commitment to social justice and advocacy for underserved communities. Lindsey holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Latin American Studies from Grinnell College.
