Dr. Otto von Feigenblatt

Dr. Otto von Feigenblatt is currently serving as the Adviser for Education at Parlamento Andino, holding an ambassatorial rank appointed by the Secretary General. Additionally, Dr. Otto is the AMBASSADOR and Deputy Permanent Observer to the United Nations at Organismo Internacional de Juventud para Iberoamérica (OIJ). Dr. Otto is also a Member of the Academic Council at Observatorio MAPFRE de Finanzas Sostenibles and a Professor and Chair at Keiser University. Dr. Feigenblatt has a diverse educational background, including degrees in Anthropology, International Relations, Social Justice, Conflict Analysis and Resolution, and more.
