Rowell Llagas

Rowell Llagas is a proficient graphic designer with extensive experience in designing Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials across various platforms. Currently serving as a Project Development Officer III at the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) since January 2022, Llagas also functions as a stand-in photographer and videographer for agency events. Prior experience includes a role as a graphic designer for the National Task Force Against Covid-19, where responsibilities encompassed the design of IEC materials and event documentation. Llagas' earlier positions include a Project Development Associate at the Department of Agriculture Region IV-A and an Assistant Project Manager at Setcheck Inc., along with an internship at IDEAMAX DESIGNS, INC. Llagas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
