Chanel Williams, AICP, is a professional in urban planning and environmental policy with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Emissions Officer at the Office of The Prime Minister in The Bahamas since October 2022, Chanel previously worked as an Urban Planning Consultant for the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection from October 2019 to August 2022. Prior experience includes a Policy Analyst position at the City of Philadelphia, focused on facilitating developer processes, and a Summer Associate role at The Greenlining Institute, where Chanel analyzed and recommended equitable distribution of Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund investments. Additionally, Chanel contributed as a Research Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Design, supporting research in urban planning and design.
