Hilbert van Muylem

Hilbert Van Muylem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Brussels Airport since January 2025. Hilbert is the Founder and Non-Executive Director of Officers On Watch, a certification body focused on training and advising. As Managing Director of Capricci BV since February 2002, Hilbert has managed significant projects including FTTH initiatives and served in various senior roles across multiple organizations, such as Port of Antwerp, Ypto, and Broadband Belgium.
