Matthew Beath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employment risk management and strategic leadership. As the founder and CEO of Talent2, they established a successful business in Singapore, expanding it to over 250 staff and exceeding $40M in turnover within five years. They later founded RMI - Risk Management Intelligence in 2012, which became a global background screening partner before its acquisition by Veremark in early 2026.
