Matthew Beath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, executive search, and consulting. As the Founder and Non-Executive Director of RMI - Risk Management Intelligence since November 2011, Matthew has established a global background screening firm serving Fortune 500 companies and SMEs. Additionally, Matthew serves as a Board Advisor and CEO at Will International, contributing to the growth of a prominent organization listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Co-founding Ethos BeathChapman in January 2012, Matthew has played a key role in enhancing executive search services in Singapore. Prior roles include leadership positions at Talent2, where Matthew grew the company significantly, and consulting at Morgan & Banks/Hudson and BDO. Matthew Beath holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
