Brad Ellis

Brad Ellis is an accomplished executive in human resources and people management, currently serving as General Manager of People at Officeworks since January 2022, where leadership includes developing strategic programs focused on talent attraction and retention. Prior experience encompasses key roles at NAB, where as Senior Manager of People Advisory, Brad successfully achieved significant engagement improvements and established innovative operational models. Other notable positions include leadership roles at Coles, managing large-scale HR functions across multiple divisions, and serving as an Independent Consultant managing a critical systems upgrade at The Reject Shop. Brad holds a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University.
