Prior to this role, Karen held significant positions at Coles, leading teams to disseminate critical information to 100,000 supermarket team members, and at Dairy Australia, enhancing awareness of dairy programs. Additional experience includes communication roles at Melbourne Water and John Holland, where Karen was involved in high-profile projects and media relations. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Public Relations, and Behavioral Studies from Monash University.
