Andrea Fiacchi

Andrea Fiacchi is an experienced content and learning specialist currently serving as Head of Content at DOS Design since April 2023. In parallel, Andrea has been the Learning Manager at Officina Microtesti UX Writing Studio since July 2018, focusing on designing services that enhance interactive experiences through psychology. As a Docente e consulente in UX Writing and Cognitive UX at UXUniversity since January 2014, Andrea created courses on cognitive foundations and UX writing. Previous roles include Digital & UX Lead at Sicamera, where Andrea empowered design teams for notable clients such as the Italian Ministries of Labor, Economic Development, and the Environment, among others. Additional experience includes teaching UX Writing at Copy42, serving as a psychologist at Studio Psicoevoluzioni, and holding academic tutor responsibilities at Centro per la Ricerca in Psicoterapia. Andrea holds specialized qualifications in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and has a background in online communication and experimental psychology.
