James Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Most recently, they are working as the Senior Director of Digital Products & Brand at OFFOR Health, Inc. starting in 2022.

James led a Humanities Faculty, designed study programs, and worked on improving teaching and learning quality.
Additionally, they worked as the Head of Geography at Quintin Kynaston in 2014, where they led a large department and organized geography field trips. From 2010 to 2013, James worked as the Head of Geography and Maths/Physics/Chemistry Tutor at Duff Miller College.
