Daniel Brown

Daniel Brown is currently the Head of Data & Digital at Offshore Energies UK, where he leads the data and digital agenda for the company. He also holds the position of Executive Director at Common Data Access Ltd and is involved in building the UK's first National Data Repository for petrotechnical data. With a background in oil and gas data management, Daniel has extensive experience in roles such as Global Data Operations Manager at BP, where he implemented new strategies and reduced operational costs while maintaining service quality. With a Ph.D. in Structural Inorganic Chemistry, Daniel is well-versed in data management and has made significant contributions to the industry through his various roles and achievements.
