Cathryn Scott

Cathryn Scott is currently the Director of Enforcement & Emerging Issues at Ofgem. Cathryn also served as Interim Executive Director, Systems & Networks at the same organization. Prior to Ofgem, Cathryn held various legal and regulatory roles at the Department for Transport, Competition Commission (UK), Linklaters, Treasury Solicitor's Department, and the House of Commons. Cathryn holds a Ph.D. in Law from the European University Institute and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Manchester.
