Ulrika Carlsson

Ulrika Carlsson has extensive experience in finance, risk management, and program governance. Currently, Ulrika serves on the Audit, Risk & Impact Committee for The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) since January 2023 and is involved in Program Governance & Operations at IKEA Foundation, which focuses on philanthropy and grant making. Prior roles include Head of Global Finance Processes, Services, Internal Control & Risk Management at HEINEKEN from April 2016 to December 2021, and Senior Finance Director of Corporate Control at Cisco from July 2000 to March 2016, where responsibilities included global financial reporting and compliance. Ulrika also held leadership positions such as Co-Managing Director for Cisco Systems International BV and Treasury Director for EMEA & APJC. Early career experience includes Treasury Manager at Sara Lee Branded Apparel and Financial Controller at Van Leer Packaging Worldwide. Ulrika's education encompasses executive programs from Harvard Business School and Wagner & Company, along with degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the University of Michigan, and Stockholm School of Economics.
