Elaine Robertson

Elaine Robertson (MCIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in strategic HR management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Strategic HRBP at Ofgem since November 2022, Elaine previously held the position of Senior HR Advisor at Marie Curie UK from August 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included delivering high-quality HR services and advising on employment legislation. Prior experience includes roles as HR Officer for Organisational Development at East Renfrewshire Council, Employment Law and HR Consultant at RBS Mentor, and HR Advisor at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. Elaine's career began at Safeway, progressing from HR Supervisor to HR Manager. Elaine holds a CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and has additional qualifications in HR and office management.
