Head Of Stakeholder Engagement at Ofgem

Felicity Beverley has a strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, and events management. Felicity currently holds the position of Head of Stakeholder Engagement at Ofgem, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of COP26 Communications at Ofgem from January 2021 to May 2022. Felicity also worked at Ofgem as a Senior Strategic Engagement and Events Manager from January 2013 to February 2021, and as a Senior Communications & Media Manager from December 2011 to January 2013.

Before joining Ofgem, Felicity worked as a Partner Account Manager at Serco from February 2010 to December 2011. Additionally, they gained experience as a Consultation and Communications Manager at Transport for London from June 2007 to February 2010. Felicity started their career at Thames Water, where they held various roles including Regulation Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager from September 2002 to June 2007.

Felicity Beverley first attended The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1996, where they obtained a Bsc (Hons) degree in Microbiology. In 2012, they pursued further education by completing a Diploma in PR at CIPR. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, they attended The University of Huddersfield and earned a Masters in Strategic Communications Leadership, with a field of study in Communication, General.
