Gillian Keast

Gillian Keast began their work experience in 2019 as a Business Support Assistant at Penumbra. Gillian then joined The Scottish Parliament in 2020 as a Constituency Assistant and later became a Senior Assistant. Currently, they are working at Ofgem as a Policy Advisor, starting in May 2022, and progressing to the role of Policy Manager in March 2023.

Gillian Keast completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics at The University of Edinburgh from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Project Management at the University of Glasgow from 2019 to 2020.
