Graham Urquhart

Graham Urquhart is a Senior Policy Lead Cross Border Market Arrangements at Ofgem since January 2020. Prior to this, Graham worked at ScottishPower from November 2003 to April 2019, holding various roles such as Business Analyst in Surveillance & Regulatory Reporting, Business Analyst in Direct Market Access & Pricing, and Subject Matter Expert on the Supply Chain Review project. During their time at ScottishPower, Graham was responsible for analyzing and reporting on trading activities, producing power profiles for customers, and working on process documentation and training manuals for projects.
