Joleen Smith has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Joleen began their career as a Sales Assistant at Poundstretcher Ltd. in 2007 and worked there until 2012. Following that, they joined B&M Retail as a Cash Office/Customer Service Supervisor, where they managed the cash office and the customer service team.

In 2013, Joleen worked as a Claims Executive at Accidents Direct, handling inbound and outbound calls related to potential claims and working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Joleen also had short-term roles as a Fundraiser at Listen and a Membership Services Adviser at The MDU.

Joleen then joined Reed in Partnership in 2014, where they initially worked as an Employment Adviser before being promoted to Senior Employment Adviser and subsequently Recruitment Manager. Joleen'sresponsibilities included providing employment advice and managing recruitment processes.

In 2016, Joleen joined Ingeus as an Employment Adviser for a brief period before moving on to Ofgem, where they held several positions. These included Assistant Compliance & Audit Manager, Renewable Generation Manager, Operations Manager, and currently Audit Manager.

Through their work experience, Joleen has developed a diverse skill set, including management, customer service, recruitment, compliance, and auditing.

Joleen Smith pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management & Planning from Glasgow Caledonian University. Joleen attended the university from 2009 to 2012.
