Kerry Fatherley

Operations Analyst at Ofgem

Kerry Fatherley has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They started their career in 2010 as an IT and Finance Administration Assistant at UDM International. In 2011, they worked as a Project Consultant at Impact Consulting, where they focused on developing and reviewing job profiles. They then joined Sasol, where they held multiple roles, including Talent Management Team Assist, Organization Development Consultant, and Leadership Development Programme Manager and Learning Integrator. During this time, they were responsible for talent management initiatives, designing and delivering organizational development strategies, and managing leadership development programs. In 2014, they worked as a Talent and Development Coordinator at JSE Limited. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Talent Officer at JSE. Most recently, Kerry joined HMRC in 2017 as an HMRC employee and subsequently transitioned to the role of Operations Analyst at Ofgem in 2020.

Kerry Fatherley completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Witwatersrand from 2002 to 2004. The degree encompassed the fields of Psychology, Archaeology, Media Studies, and International Relations. In 2005, Kerry received a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Archaeology from the same university. Later, from 2006 to 2009, Kerry pursued a Master of Science degree in Archaeology at the University of the Witwatersrand.
