Laura Gusberti has a diverse work experience in various companies. Laura started their career in 2000 as a Technical Advisor at Invitrogen, where they eventually became a Technical Services Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team, organizing training courses, and assessing product risks. After working at Invitrogen, Laura joined BioReliance in 2008, where they held several roles including Senior Scientist and Laboratory Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated skills in personal initiative, prioritization, and leadership. Their responsibilities included managing teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and improving assays performance. In 2017, Laura joined Ofgem as a cost assessment manager.

Laura Gusberti has an extensive education history. Laura began their academic journey at the University of Pavia in 1988 and completed their Master's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences in 1993.
