Lisa Charlesworth

Lisa Charlesworth has worked at Ofgem since 2011. Lisa'sroles at Ofgem include Head of Code Governance Reform, Senior Manager of Industry Codes and Licensing, and Manager of Industry Codes and Licensing. Lisa started as a Manager in August 2011 and was promoted to Senior Manager in January 2013. In February 2022, they became the Head of Code Governance Reform. Prior to Ofgem, Lisa worked at AIPP as an Operations Manager from October 2006 to August 2011.

Lisa Charlesworth completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds in 2003. In 2011, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance from London South Bank University. Following this, Lisa recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Systems Thinking in Practice from The Open University in 2021.
