Lynn Robertson Assoc CIPD has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990 at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. They held various roles within the Financial Services Industry, including team manager, resource, and planning for over 5 years. Lynn progressed through different positions and gained extensive experience in people management, HR processes, and headcount management.

In 2011, Lynn joined British Gas as a recruiter, where they were responsible for overseeing recruitment across various sites in the UK. They actively sourced candidates, ensured compliance with business regulations, and managed the end-to-end recruitment process.

In 2018, Lynn worked as a talent and resourcing professional on a temporary basis at James Fisher and Sons plc, a leading service provider to the global marine industry. Their role involved recruiting key talent for diverse sectors such as oil & gas, marine, nuclear, defense, and renewable energy.

Later in 2018, Lynn joined BNP Paribas Securities Services as an HR business partner, specifically focused on recruitment. They held this role until 2019.

From 2020, Lynn has been working at Ofgem. They started as a resourcing manager and later became a talent acquisition partner. Currently, they serve as a team manager, talent acquisition, overseeing talent acquisition activities.

Throughout their career, Lynn has demonstrated a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, people management, and HR processes within regulated environments.

Lynn Robertson completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD) from the University of Strathclyde between 2010 and 2012.
