Samuel Donkoh's work experience begins with their current position as an Operations Analyst at Ofgem, which they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the UK Home Office as an Examiner from December 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they trained new starters, supported their personal development, and examined passport applications. From April 2019 to December 2021, Samuel worked as a Passenger Service Agent at British Airways, responsible for customer service and administrative tasks for up to 100 travelers per flight. During this time, they also liaised with security teams, pilots, and dispatchers to ensure safety measures were followed. Additionally, Samuel worked as a Contributing Writer at The Best of Africa from July 2020 to March 2021, producing literature pieces that showcased Africa in a positive light. Samuel also worked as an Administrator at Brook Street from February 2019 to April 2019, where they carried out various administrative roles, including data entry and using G-Suite and Microsoft Office for tasks.

Samuel Donkoh attended the University of Kent from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Economics and Politics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2021. Prior to that, they also obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from the same institution in November 2020. In August 2020, Samuel completed the Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program offered by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
