Shyam Doraiswamy has a diverse work experience starting from 2000. Shyam began their career at Clydesdale Bank as a Sales Professional and later worked at Goldfish Bank Ltd as an Administrative Specialist. In 2008, they joined Standard Life UK as a Portfolio Analyst before moving on to BNY Mellon as an Investment Associate. Shyam then worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a KYC Analyst and at RBS as a Data Analyst. In 2015, they joined Kura as a Customer Service Specialist and Teleperformance as a Complaints Handler. From 2018 to 2021, Shyam worked at Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where they served as a Case Manager. Currently, they are employed at Ofgem as an Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Analyst.
Shyam Doraiswamy completed their education at the University of Glasgow from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences. In addition to their degree, Shyam Doraiswamy has obtained additional certifications in project management and Microsoft Excel. Shyam obtained a Project Manager Certificate from Reed.co.uk in January 2023 and a Microsoft Excel Diploma certificate from the same institution in December 2022.
