Victoria Pelka

Victoria Pelka currently serves as Principal Innovation Expert and Senior Manager at Ofgem since March 2020, focusing on advising innovators within the energy sector and leading teams in policy development. Prior experience includes roles as a member of the Balancing and Settlement Code Panel at ELEXON and member of the Customer Engagement Group at Cadent Gas Limited, where Victoria contributed to challenging business plans to align with customer needs. Victoria's work as a Senior Policy Researcher at Citizens Advice involved advocating for energy consumers, especially vulnerable groups, by managing research projects and disseminating findings. Academically, Victoria holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy and Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in International Relations and Development from the University of Sussex.
