Wijnand Mijnders

Wijnand Mijnders has extensive experience in environmental supervision and enforcement, currently serving as a Senior toezichthouder milieu and Handhaver at OFGV | Omgevingsdienst Flevoland & Gooi en Vechtstreek since January 2013. Prior roles include Integraal handhaver and Medewerker milieubeschikkingen at Gemeente Urk from January 2004 to January 2013, and bedrijfsleider at J.C. Fokker Groenverwerking from October 2002 to January 2004. With a background as an accountmanager at Gromes-plender from November 1999 to October 2002 and a keurmeester at The Greenery and Veiling Utrecht en omstreken from July 1988 to July 1999, Wijnand has developed a strong foundation in quality control for agricultural products. Earlier military experience at the Ministerie van Defensie included the role of Sergeant groepsleider from July 1985 to December 1986. Wijnand holds an Associate Degree in Integrale handhaving omgevingsrecht from Het Van Hall Instituut, completed between 2009 and 2011.
