Albert Buffa

Albert Buffa has over 30 years of experience in various engineering and maintenance roles. Albert is currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Maintenance at Olde Thompson since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Manufacturing, Engineering & EHS at Passport Foods (SVC), LLC from April 2022 to November 2022. Albert also has experience as the Director of Engineering at Ready Pac Foods, Inc. from September 2015 to July 2022, and as the Sr. Engineering Manager at Olam International from July 2012 to September 2015. Before that, they served as the Engineering Manager at Nestle USA from May 2008 to 2012, Director of Facilities at Johnson & Johnson from April 2004 to May 2008, Facilities Manager at Varian, Inc. from June 1996 to March 2004, and Maintenance and EH&S Supervisor at Dow Chemical from December 1990 to June 1996.

Albert Buffa attended Facultad Tecnologica Nacional - Argentina from 1979 to 1981, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electromechanical Engineering. Albert then went on to study at Manhattan College from 1981 to 1984, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
