Sara Mason

Sara Mason has extensive work experience in the field of sustainability engagement and social impact solutions. Sara currently holds the position of VP-Head of Sustainability Engagement - Coffee at OFI. Prior to that, Sara founded SHIFT Social Impact Solutions in 2012, where they focused on developing sustainable supply chains and innovative solutions to transform communities and markets. Before that, they worked at World Vision as a Strategy Specialist and Senior Finance Officer in the fields of global advocacy and humanitarian and emergency affairs. Sara also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche from 2001 to 2004.

Sara Mason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and French from Arizona State University. Sara also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as an MBA in International Business from HEC Paris. Additionally, they hold a CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
