Aaron Vollrath

Aaron Vollrath serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain North America at ofi, with a focus on overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including transportation, distribution, warehousing, and customer service. Previously, Aaron held the position of Chief Customer Experience Officer at Koozie Group, where responsibilities included driving customer experience strategies across the organization as part of the Executive Leadership Team. With extensive experience in supply chain leadership at various companies including BIC Graphic, Kids2, Henkel, and Sun Products Corporation, Aaron has consistently overseen customer service, logistics, and operational excellence. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, an MBA in Strategic Management from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Muskingum University.
