Hanna Cyklik

Hanna Cyklik is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager at ofi since January 2021, Hanna oversees HR functions for approximately 800 employees in the Netherlands and Germany, focusing on labor relations, talent management, culture and engagement, performance and development, while also being a member of the NL Management Team and the EMENA HR Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Hanna held several HR positions at Olam from October 2015 to December 2020, and at ADM Cocoa from March 2011 to October 2015, starting as an HR Assistant. Additionally, Hanna began a career in management at Tele2 Nederland as an Order Manager in 2010. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Economics, and Law from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2010.
