Maura Ruane

Maura Ruane is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in various managerial and recruitment roles. Maura currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at ofi since October 2023, following a tenure at Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers Cooperative where the position held was also Human Resources Manager. Previous positions include Employee Relations Manager and Corporate Recruiter at Groundworks, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Tidewater Finance Company.
