Roshan Kapoor

Roshan Kapoor has extensive experience in the fields of data analytics, strategy, and architecture. From 2021, they have served as the Head of Data & Analytics and Strategy & Architecture at OFI. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Chief Digital and Information Officer at OFI from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining OFI, Roshan worked at Olam starting in 2001. At Olam, they held several roles including Head of Business-IT Engagement and Corporate IT Systems from 2015 to 2021, APAC IT-Business Partner and IT Trading & Risk Management Systems from 2012 to 2015, Singapore IT-Business Partner and Head of SAP Global Template Program from 2009 to 2012, Delivery Head-Supply Chain Systems from 2003 to 2009, and Project Manager-Supply Chain Systems from 2002 to 2003. Their career at Olam started as a Management Trainee in 2001.

Roshan Kapoor has a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which was obtained from 1997 to 2000. In 2018, they completed the Executive Program in General Management (EPGM) from MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Roshan Kapoor also holds additional certifications in various subjects such as Insights for Innovation from IDEO in 2021, Fostering Inclusion and Diversity Experience from Yale School of Management in 2020, and Digital Transformation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019.
