Serkan Atlas

Serkan Atlas is an experienced operational leader, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence for the EMEA region at ofi since July 2022, overseeing operations in multiple countries including The Netherlands, Germany, and Turkey. Prior to this role, Serkan was the Global Process Owner of S&OP at pladis Global for six years, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end supply chain for Eastern Europe and directing teams across various operational functions. Serkan has also held positions such as Operational Excellence Manager at Yıldız Holding, where an operational excellence program was launched across 17 manufacturing facilities, and Project Manager at Ülker, achieving significant improvements in production efficiency. Serkan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering from Gaziantep Üniversitesi and multiple degrees from Anadolu University, including Economics and International Business.
