Siva Subramanian

Siva Subramanian has a diverse and extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Siva currently holds the role of SVP and Global Head of Innovation - Coffee at OFI, where they are responsible for leading innovation across the coffee business unit and developing new innovation platforms. Prior to this, Siva worked at Olam, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Innovation - Olam Coffee, Vice President of Innovation & Quality - Olam Tomatoes, and Vice President of Innovation & Quality - Olam Spices & Vegetable Ingredients. In these roles, they were responsible for leading innovation programs, managing R&D and quality assurance, and overseeing business operations across multiple processing plants and global markets. Siva started their career at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where they held progressive roles within the Innovation Team for Kwality Walls ice cream business.

Siva Subramanian holds a Master's degree in Food Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, which was obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to this, Siva earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology from the same institute from 1988 to 1991. Siva also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, completed from 1985 to 1988. Siva's additional certifications include "Leading Customer-Centric Growth" from The Wharton School in 2019, "Q Grader Arabica" from the Coffee Quality Institute in September 2018, and "Profitable Leadership through Coaching" from the Asia Pacific Corporate Coach Institute (ACCI) in 2013.
