Tuan Nguyen has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain management and digital transformation. Starting in 2001, Tuan worked as a Beauty Care Making/Utility/Waste water Treatment Plant operator at Procter & Gamble. Tuan then progressed to various roles within the company, including Fabric& Homecare Making Technical Engineer and North-East Asia Fabric& Homecare Regional Engineer. From 2009 to 2011, Tuan served as the Senior Manager and Project Manager for the Baby Care Green Field Project in Vietnam, overseeing a capital investment of over $30 million. Tuan later held positions as the Director of Engineering and the Director of Binh Duong Plant Fabric& Homecare Supply Chain, where they managed manufacturing operations and led the supply chain for Downy and Febreze/Ambi Pur in the APAC market. From 2018 to 2021, Tuan served as the Director of AMA Emerging Markets, responsible for driving business growth and cost optimization projects. Most recently, Tuan joined ofi as the Vice President, leading the end-to-end supply chain of the Vietnam Spices Business Unit. This involves managing customer orders, overseeing sourcing and processing, and ensuring traceability and sustainability. Throughout their career, Tuan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver results.

Tuan Nguyen holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Catalyst for Petroleum Industry, which they obtained from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology/ International R&D Academy from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical-Food Technology from Ho Chi Minh city Bach Khoa University from 1996 to 2001. Tuan also completed their high school education at Le Quy Don high school from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Tuan has obtained a certification in Advanced Project Management from Procter & Gamble in 2012.
