Vikram Upadhyay

Vikram Upadhyay has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vikram is currently the Head of Market Risk at OFI, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Olam for 12 years, where they held multiple positions including Senior Trader & Risk Manager - Cocoa and Head - Softs Derivatives Trading. Before joining Olam, they worked as an Equity Derivatives Trader at Tibra Trading from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Standard Chartered Bank from 2004 to 2007. Their career started as a Software Consultant at Andersen Business Consulting from 2001 to 2002.

Vikram Upadhyay completed their B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in the period from 1997 to 2001. Vikram then pursued an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2002 to 2004. Later, they attended the London Business School where they obtained a Masters degree in Finance between 2007 and 2008. Vikram also attended Modern School from 1995 to 1997, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
