Douglas Horgen

Douglas Horgen's work experience includes:

- From 2015 to the present (end date not specified), they worked at OFS as a Principal Process Development Engineer. In this role, they designed and implemented an automated raw material cleaning machine, standardized raw material preparation, and acted as a subject matter expert for fiber drawing tower component systems. Douglas also worked with vendors and teams globally to install and commission draw towers, increasing production capacity. Additionally, they trained teams in machine operation, safety, and process improvement.

- From February to December 2018, they served as a Process Engineering Manager at OFS.
