Rachel Harrison

Rachel Harrison currently serves as Engineering Manager for Draw and MCVD at OFS, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Project Manager at Repligen Corporation, where responsibilities included leading R&D for new product introduction. Previous experience includes managing optical systems at VulcanForms Inc. and leading the Draw Engineering Group at OFS, where Rachel started as a Process Engineer. Earlier roles included a Manufacturing Engineer position at IPG Photonics and engineering internships at NextEra Energy, Inc. and Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
