Jas Bilen

Jas Bilen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR and leadership positions. Starting in 2000 at City College Coventry as a Human Resources Advisor, Jas gained expertise in HR policies and procedures. In 2002, Jas transitioned to Coventry City Council, where they took on progressively senior roles as a Human Resources Advisor, Senior Human Resources Advisor, and eventually as the Human Resources Manager. In these positions, Jas provided strategic advice and guidance to directors and senior managers while managing teams and handling complex casework.
