T.jay Frazier

T.Jay Frazier has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ogden Clinic since June 2011, where previous roles included Sr. Practice Administrator and Practice Administrator. Prior to this, T.Jay Frazier worked as an Administrator at Sun Healthcare Group from August 2006 to June 2011. T.Jay Frazier holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration with an emphasis in Long Term Care from Weber State University, completed in 2007.
