Andrew Tsoming

Andrew Tsoming is a seasoned attorney specializing in municipal law, currently serving as a Member Attorney in the Municipal Practice Group at Ogden Murphy Wallace since September 2020. Tsoming provides legal counsel to local public agencies, including the City of Milton and the Town of South Prairie, addressing a broad spectrum of issues such as governance, land use, real estate, and public records. Previously, Tsoming worked as an Associate Attorney at Kenyon Disend, PLLC, where assistance was provided to various cities, and served as a Precinct Liaison Attorney and Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Seattle, gaining extensive litigation experience and training junior attorneys.
