Melaina Magruder-Smith, PMP, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a T&D Technology Enablement Expert for SAP S4 Implementation and Manager of Resource Coordination Ops & Scheduling at OGE Energy Corp., Melaina previously held the position of Project Manager/Senior Industrial Engineer at Triumph Group. Melaina's leadership roles extend to the Fort Worth Chapter of PMI as Vice President of Marketing and Assistant Vice President of Education - Logistics. Melaina's foundational experience includes positions as an Industrial Engineer at Vought Aircraft and Dillards Distribution Center. Education includes an MBA with a concentration in Technology and Engineering Management from Dallas Baptist University and a B.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
