Tom Willis, P.E., has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Distribution Engineer at OGE Energy Corp since 2015 and as an Energy Services Engineer for the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority (OMPA) since 2009. At OMPA, Tom administers the Demand Energy and Efficiency Program (DEEP), assessing projects for peak demand reduction and rebate eligibility. Prior roles include Energy Services Engineer at OMPA from 2009 to 2015, where Tom provided energy audits and evaluated demand reduction projects, and Performance Supervisor at OGE Energy Corp from 1994 to 2005, overseeing a team responsible for the design of electric transmission systems.
