Vickie Troxel

Vickie Troxel is an accomplished Lead Organizational Development Consultant with extensive experience at OGE Energy Corp since October 2008, specializing in leadership development, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Formerly a Manager of Training and Development at OGE - Enogex and Training Specialist, Troxel has a strong foundation in designing and implementing organizational interventions and training plans. Previous roles in Oklahoma City Public Schools highlighted expertise in skills training, safety coordination, and professional development. Troxel holds a Master of Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Arts in Sociology/Psychology.
