Caroline Cormier

Caroline Cormier is a seasoned M&A and corporate development professional with extensive experience in the Consumer Products and FMCG sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Upfield since April 2019, Caroline has also held the position of Vice President of M&A from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Caroline acts as a Non-Executive Director at OGGS and has been Chairman of arivia since June 2020, contributing to Violife's leadership in vegan products. Prior to these roles, Caroline built a robust background at Tesco and J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities encompassed corporate finance strategy and investment banking across multiple segments. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from ESCP Business School and a DESS in Finance and Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
